Detail work
Depending on the assessment: accessible baseboards, doors and frames, cabinet exteriors, and reachable fixtures or vents.
Kitchen and bath focus
Depending on condition: backsplash, shower doors, and accessible areas with extra buildup.
Make the plan yours
Inside the oven or refrigerator and reachable interior windows can be considered separately. Heavy staining and restoration require a separate assessment.
Work such as exterior windows, high areas requiring ladders, carpet shampooing, mold or hazardous cleanup, and heavy furniture moving needs a separate discussion and may not be available.
