Last updated September 26, 2026. The Good Room Cleaning Co. collects information you choose to provide when requesting cleaning services, applying as a cleaning business partner, or subscribing to our emails.

Information we collect

Customer requests may include your name, email, phone, ZIP code, home size, bathrooms, pets, cleaning condition, preferred timing and cleaning details. Partner applications may include business and contact information, service area, availability and self-reported qualifications. Newsletter subscriptions include your email address, opt-in time, and subscription status. When you submit a quote request, we also record limited traffic-source details such as a campaign label or referring website so we can understand how inquiries found us. We do not ask for payment-card information through this site.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand visits and use of our website, such as pages viewed, approximate location, device information and how visitors arrived. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies to measure activity and process this information for us. We use these reports to improve the site and our services. How we use it

We use the details to respond to requests, prepare planning estimates and written quotes, coordinate cleaning work, assess potential partners and manage business records. We use newsletter subscription emails for occasional cleaning tips, company news, and offers only when you separately opt in. The signup does not create a customer account or book a cleaning. We may share job details needed to perform a booked service with an approved cleaning partner. A private job offer omits a customer's name and street address until a final assignment is coordinated.

Storage and access

Information submitted through forms is stored with the site and available in the owner dashboard. We retain records as needed for the purposes above and applicable business obligations. To unsubscribe from future marketing emails or ask about or request deletion of your information, contact us below. Some records may need to be retained for legitimate business or legal reasons.
