A good quote starts with a clear picture of the work. When you contact The Good Room, share the approximate square footage, number of bathrooms, and whether pets live in the home. Tell us how often you would like service and which rooms matter most.

Mention areas that need extra attention, such as a shower with buildup or a kitchen that has not had a detailed clean in a while. If you want the inside of an oven or refrigerator cleaned, say so before we prepare the scope.

We review your details and may arrange a walkthrough when that would help. You receive a written scope and final price to approve before a cleaning visit is scheduled.
